Dr Peters is a certified professional coach eager to support her clients on their journey. She believes in the power of enterprises and the people behind them – individuals who each have unique perspectives and potential.
With a doctorate in business (DBA/PhD from IE University in Madrid), Suzanne has trained extensively with the Canada Coaching Academy and follows the ethics and standards of the International Coaching Federation, and holds their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. Suzanne also holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and a Masters in Research & Management Science from IE Business School. An educator and lifelong learner, she was recently a Research Fellow for The Productivity Institute in the UK, based at the Alliance Manchester Business School – Manchester Institute of Innovation Research. She also has several years’ experience teaching an MBA course she created – Power & Influence – for the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University.
Suzanne specializes in executive coaching and brings a wealth of experience to fore. In addition to her academic credentials and research experience, she is also a founding director of an edtech firm and a fintech consultancy. Her extensive corporate experience spans leadership roles from the hospitality, retail and charitable sectors, to financial services, beverages and technology.
